Wellness Walks
Description
The Office of Sustainability and the Center for Health Education and Well-Being (CHEW) are hosting a series of Mindful Walks throughout the Spring semester. The events consist of nature walks around campus with moments dedicated to guided meditation and reflecting upon nature.
This is open to all levels of meditation experience, and it's great way to engage in environmental wellness during the busy semester.
Meet outside the Ralph S. O' Connor Center for Recreation and Well-Being. All in-person events at Johns Hopkins must follow university COVID-19 policies. See current guidelines online.
