November Wellness Break
Description
This month, UHS Wellness will be offering seated chair massage sessions (advanced registration required) (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.), a Gratitude Activity, and Pet Therapy with Daisy (12-1 p.m.). Come create your own gratitude jar. UHS Wellness will also collect your expressions of gratitude to be shared on the Johns Hopkins Well-Being Instagram for "Grati-Tuesdays" throughout the Spring semester.
Please stop by for a treat from Ovenbird Bakery, gather health and well-being information, and learn about the benefits of cultivating a gratitude practice.
All in-person events at Johns Hopkins must follow university COVID-19 policies. See current guidelines online.
