The DEI Collective is open to all Hopkins students at all levels and all majors with a focus on students whose experiences reflect commitment to diversity through one or more of the following attributes: first generation status, limited income, racial minority, LGBTQ+, international/national origin or disability/differently abled. We encourage everyone to consider applying. Applications are available through Handshake and we've compiled the whole list of opportunities HERE
We will have a series of optional prep events, leading up to the application deadline. You're encouraged to attend a DEI Collective Student Orientation. Last year, 88% of student attendees for our prep sessions got at least 1 interview offer compared to the overall interview selection rate of 16%.
