Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures invites you to attend a virtual pitch competition featuring Johns Hopkins women inventors. Three presenters will pitch their ideas to a live panel and audience for the opportunity to win $10,000. Attend to watch an exceptional showing of inventorship and vote for your favorite pitch.
Featuring:
- Therese L. Canares, director of Pediatric Emergency Medicine Digital Health Innovation and assistant professor of pediatrics, for CurieDx, an at-home, medical diagnosis platform
- Shameema Sikder, director of the Center of Excellence for Ophthalmic Surgical Education and Training and associate professor of ophthalmology, for EyeLearn, a training platform that analyzes surgical videos and provides feedback
- Jamie Spangler, assistant professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, for a cell-based platform for the discovery of antibodies against membrane proteins
Presenters will receive live feedback from a distinguished panel of pitch coaches:
