Scott Zeger, a professor of biostatistics at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a faculty member of the Malone Center for Engineering in Healthcare at the Whiting School of Engineering, will give a talk titled "Harnessing Biotechnology, Data and Communication Revolutions to Improve Patient Outcomes at More Affordable Costs" as an introduction to precision medicine and the interdisciplinary work of the Johns Hopkins Medicine in Health Initiative.
