Team Science Fundamentals Training

L. Michelle Bennett and Christophe Marchand, co-authors of The Collaboration and Team Science Field Guide (2nd edition), will lead this workshop by the Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR). The workshop will also feature the ICTR's 2021 Team Science Award Winners, who will share their experiences in building effective interdisciplinary research teams.

This workshop explores the fundamental concepts of team science and provides tools to build effective research teams. The overall goal of this workshop is to provide attendees with an introduction to fundamental concepts of team science, with an emphasis on practical tools and strategies for building and managing effective research teams.
