Improve Your Posture
Description
Need a posture tune up? Whether you are sitting or standing all day, proper alignment is key for your musculoskeletal health and your overall well-being. Join us for three 30 minute sessions on the first Wednesday of April, May and June. Take all three classes or drop in when you can, you only need to register once.
