Description

Fast fashion: Love the affordability and abundance of trendy clothes but hate their impact on people and the planet? Come learn about breaking up with fast fashion.

Johns Hopkins University's Homewood Recycling and Princeton University's Mend are hosting a watch party and roundtable discussion. Come learn about the impacts of fast fashion and think about steps we can take to make our wardrobes more sustainable. Johns Hopkins student founders of the sustainable fashion brand [Taara Project] (https://taaraprojects.com/) will discuss their coming launches and philosophy.

This event is open to all, and college and high school students are especially encouraged to attend.
