Description
As part of Corporate Sustainability Day, SAIS Alumna Nikki Duncan of Global Communities, will be speaking about DEI in the International Development and Social Impact space. Ms. Duncan will explore the colonial origins of the international development industry, and challenges modern INGOs face when establishing strong DEI practices in their workplaces. JHU students, staff and faculty are welcome to attend. The conversation will follow with a small group debrief session to discuss takeaways.
