Description

The holidays are going to look different this year and change is usually uncomfortable. With such big changes there is sure to be additional stress for many.

Tana Hope, director of clinical services at the Child & Family Therapy Clinic at Kennedy Krieger, will lead a conversation on the upcoming holiday season, the stressors we may face, and how best to not only cope, but also thrive through them. A clinician from our mySupport team will be available as well for any questions or concerns that may arise.
