Anxiety & Stress Management Workshop
Description
The Anxiety and Stress Management Workshop, hosted by the Counseling Center, aims to teach attendees skills and develop tools to better manage attendees' anxiety and stress. The workshop is a four-week series of 60-minute sessions.
Attendees will learn theories about the development of anxiety and how to cope with it. This will include exposure to relaxation exercises, mindfulness practices, and cognitive restructuring. Attendees will receive weekly materials, which, when compiled, create a workbook, full of tools and exercises that will be useful throughout their life.
