Diversity Leadership Council Diversity and Inclusion Conference
Description
Join the Diversity Leadership Council in a conference to explore the frontiers of diversity and inclusion at Johns Hopkins. Your presence will make a difference.
Since the conference is online this year, attendees can choose their workshops upon registration. See the schedule and list of workshops online.
The event will open at 9 a.m. with a plenary session, followed by one workshop session, a lunch break, and an additional workshop session. Thursday's program will be followed by a virtual networking event at 3 p.m. The second day of the conference opens at 9 a.m. with a conversation with Judith Heumann, a disability rights activist, followed by a workshop, a lunch break, and the final workshop session of the conference.
To increase accessibility, closed captioning will be provided for the opening sessions and workshops. Additionally, the conference will be accessible via the Zoom app and slides will be made available prior to the conference. To request an accommodation for a disability during the conference, email odi@jhu.edu by Oct. 14.
