Gentle Yoga & Well-Being Class
Description
The Center for Health Education and Well-Being (CHEW) is hosting a pilot Gentle Yoga & Well-Being class starting Oct. 15 on every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. for the month of October. If popular, CHEW will extend the class until the end of the fall semester.
This weekly slow flow yoga class will deepen understanding of foundational poses and breathing exercises. Students will also learn well-being techniques such as gratitude practice, positive self-talk, and more than can be integrated on and off the mat. All levels welcome. Find the event on Hopkins Groups for more info.
The yoga class will be taught by CHEW's health educator, Molly Hutchison. All Johns Hopkins students and leaners are welcome to join.
