Program for the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality

Description

Please join the Program for the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality (WGS) for a roundtable conversation with recent WGS Research Fellows. The roundtable will feature presentations on the following projects:

  • Meghaa Ballakrishnen (history of art): "GRIDS GRIDS GRIDS: Nasreen Mohamedi and Feminist Art Criticism, c.1969-c.1979"
  • Luce De Lire (modern languages and literatures): "Elisabeth Schmitt's Dissertation on Spinoza's Infinite Modes"
  • Jason Yonover (philosophy & modern languages and literatures): "Spinozism among 19th-Century Women Philosophers in the German Tradition"

Sede Makonnen (English) will serve as respondent to the panelists. All are welcome, and there will be time for general Q&A and conversation following the panel.
