Description

Sarah Duncan, the lead of talent development in human resources at Under Armour, will lead an interactive workshop is designed to help participants achieve greater fulfillment in their lives. The workshop will begin with a 15-minute low-impact stretching exercise to ground participants. Next, participants will dive into the term flourishing and what it means to each person. Participants will leave the workshop with actionable ideas to apply to their personal and student lives that will support them to feel more balanced, connected, and living in their purpose.

This event, which is presented and sponsored by Under Armour, is part of NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore's week-long college mental health campaign, #IWillListen, taking place Oct. 4-10. Johns Hopkins is a supporting partner of this series. NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
