Description

Melony Hill, a life transition coach and mental health advocate, leads a therapeutic writing workshop titled "Writing for My Sanity." In this safe, non-judgmental environment, students will complete therapeutic writing prompts and engage in meaningful conversation about life's challenges. At the end of this workshop, students will feel supported and connected to a community that cares.

This event is part of NAMI Metropolitan Baltimore's week-long college mental health campaign, #IWillListen, taking place Oct. 4-10. Johns Hopkins is a supporting partner of this series. NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
