Description

Spoken word artists Rajiv Mohabir and Jenny Xie will present as part of the the Office of Multicultural Affairs' Heritage 365 Cultural Experience Series.

London-born Mohabir is an Indo-Caribbean American poet who teaches writing, literature, and publishing at Emerson college. He is best known for his 2016 publication The Taxidermist's Cut. Jenny Xie is a 2017 Walt Whitman Award recipient and is best known for her book of poems Eye Level. She has taught at NYU and Princeton University and is currently a faculty member at Bard College.
