Malcolm Augustine, district 47, Prince George's County, and Christy Wyskiel, senior advisor for innovation and entrepreneurship, from Johns Hopkins Tech Ventures (JHTV), in a conversation about JHTV impact on Maryland. JHTV is the division of Johns Hopkins that facilitates and commercialization of academic discoveries into real-world products and services. By licensing technologies- biotechnology and others- to corporate partners and by creating startup companies, JHTV is a campus hub of innovation and a driver of Maryland's economic development in our rich state ecosystem.
