Are you feeling stressed? While we might not be able to control the sources of stress in our lives, we can control our response to it. Everyone needs sound techniques to effectively manage the stressors in their busy lives. By learning how to handle stress more positively, we can better care for ourselves and promote our well-being and happiness. It's a must for anyone in a fast-paced work environment.
