Elaine Weiss, a Baltimore-based journalist and author of The Woman's Hour: The Great Fight to Win the Vote, will discuss the nail-biting climax of one of the greatest political battles in American history — the ratification of the constitutional amendment that granted women the right to vote — with her husband, Julian Krolik, Johns Hopkins professor of physics and astronomy, as part of the Hopkins at Home Women's Suffrage Series.
