This two-day interactive workshop, hosted by the Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research, provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts of team science and practical tools and strategies for building and managing research teams.

Facilitators L. Michelle Bennett and Christophe Marchand are expert trainers from the National Cancer Institute Center for Research Strategy and will demonstrate successful leadership behaviors for science teams.
