Daily Mindfulness Sessions with Neda Gould

Mindfulness meditation can be an excellent resource to manage stress and anxiety during uncertain times.
Neda Gould, faculty member in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and director of the Mindfulness Program, leads a daily meditation for the entire Johns Hopkins Community. Sessions are 30 minutes long and include a variety of mindfulness meditation practices in a virtual format.
Mindfulness sessions take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 12 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. Open the Zoom link at the scheduled time to join (Meeting ID: 747 490 420).
