Description

Improv is not just for performing on stage. It can be a tool for healing. The principles of improv encourage us to be present in the moment, let go, support others, and embrace joy and laughter.
This will be an interactive session via Zoom with group participation in basic improv games and exercises. Please come ready to have fun, and engage with both video and audio.

These sessions will be led by Eve Carlson, Engagement Specialist with the Office of Benefits and Worklife. Eve has many years of improv and theater experience in the Baltimore community. These sessions are designed for small groups, so they are capped. If you do not make it in, we will hold additional sessions.
