Description

When the Carroll, Conner, and Ross families occupied Homewood, Baltimore was producing some of the most fashionable furniture in the nation. Led by Homewood's assistant curator Michelle Fitzgerald, this online session will provide guests with the opportunity to learn about some of the pieces in the museum's collection and introduce them to basic furniture terminology and a few of the cabinetmakers who worked in the city in the early 19th century.

The webinar will consist of a 25-minute online video about Homewood's furniture collection followed by a live Q&A and discussion with Homewood's curators.
