Description

In order to cope, survive and maybe even thrive during challenging times, it's important to continue adding new tools to your self-care tool box. Journaling, or daily writing, is a practice that can help settle buzzing minds and set aside the tedium of the day, keeping up the flow of new ideas. It's about clearing our minds and getting words on a page, and through that process, finding the things that resonate with us. Whether you are new to journaling or this is a tool you forgot about, please take an hour to express what you are experiencing in the moment and gain some tips for using this practice as part of your regular self-care routine. Wednesday, May 20, 10 to 11 a.m.
