"Cook Lunch with Me" Cooking Class
Description
Come make a healthy, sustainable lunch with staff from the Center for a Livable Future from ingredients you probably have on hand.
Recipe and ingredients can be found on the UHS Wellness Calendar (look for the "Cook Lunch with Me" event on May 12). Even if you can't get all the ingredients, the presenters will discuss how to make food choices that benefit our planet as well as keep our immune systems and energy going strong. The presenters will also provide ideas for using some of those pantry staples that always seem to be there. A discussion and Q&A will follow, including sharing what you've been cooking during your time at home.
