Description

With 4.6 billion people, accounting for about 60% of the world's population, Asia is the critical battleground in the fight against the coronavirus. What has been the impact of the coronavirus on some of the principal countries in the region and how have they responded? What are their vulnerabilities and how might they affect the economies, societies, and politics of countries in the region? Panelists will focus on Northeast Asia (China, South Korea), Southeast Asia (Indonesia), and South Asia (India, Pakistan).

This event is hosted by the School of Advanced International Studies. More information about the event, including speakers, is online.
