Mindfulness programs are shown to reduce symptoms of stress and stress-related disorders, as well as contribute to an overall sense of well-being. This Mindfulness for Stress Reduction Series, led by Neda Gould, director of the Mindfulness Program at Johns Hopkins, includes guided meditation practices in a group setting, techniques to apply mindfulness in daily life, gentle yoga, group discussion, and home practice.

Students and trainees from the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, and Bloomberg School of Public Health are eligible to register for this six-session Mindfulness for Stress Reduction Series. No prior experience with mindfulness is necessary.
