Join South Asian Students at Hopkins and the Muslim Students Association in a discussion about India's new citizenship laws, the protests following the passage of the Citizenship Amendment Bill and National Register of Citizens, and the history of Islamophobia in India. This discussion will be facilitated by Mariam Banahi, an adjunct instructor of culture and politics at Georgetown University and a PhD candidate in anthropology at Johns Hopkins.

Enjoy chai, snacks, and food for thought. Please attend the event in black attire in solidarity with the nationwide campus protests occurring.
