Michael Kochin, a professor of political science at Tel Aviv University, will give a talk on his new book (co-authored with Michael Taylor) entitled An Independent Empire: Diplomacy and War in the Making of the United States (University of Michigan Press, 2020) for the Center for Advanced Governmental Studies.
