Description
Sterling Brunch is a long-standing Hopkins Tradition for our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and anyone in the community. The menu changes with the season and includes gourmet items and dessert. Join us at Fresh Foods Café and Nolan's to enjoy a delicious brunch and live musical entertainment provided by various performance groups from campus.
The menu for this Sterling Brunch includes:
- Red Velvet pancakes
- French toast baked with cherry jubilee compote
- Mediterranean mezze bar
- Murray's chicken classic "coq au vin"
- marinated tofu "au vin"
- dijon-and-rosemary-scented Shenandoah Valley roasted leg of lamb
- mushroom and roasted pepper potato hash with poached egg and Mornay sauce
- smoked salmon
- peel-and-eat old bay shrimp
- blood orange and peach virgin mimosa
- pink and dark chocolate fountains with various dipping items
- Chef Rufus' gourmet valentine's themed sweets and treats
