Description

Fotis Sotiropoulos, a professor and Dean of the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Stony Brook University, will give a talk entitled "On the Structure of Turbulence in Wind Turbine Wakes: Insights Gained by Numerical Simulations and Experiments" in a special seminar for the Center for Environmental and Applied Fluid Mechanics. Charles Meneveau, a professor of mechanical engineering at Johns Hopkins University, will host.
