Michael Morell, former deputy director of the CIA, will give a talk entitled "U.S. Intelligence and Foreign Policy in an Age of Turmoil" for the Henry A. Kissinger Center for Global Affairs at the School of Advanced International Studies and the Homewood International Studies Program. Hal Brands, a professor of U.S. intelligence and foreign policy at the School of Advanced International Studies, will moderate.
