Stacey A. Combes, an associate professor of neurobiology, physiology, and behavior at the University of California, Davis, will give a talk entitled "Bumblebee Wings in the Real World: How Do Flexible, Damage-prone Airfoils Affect Force Production, Stability, and Maneuverability During Flapping Flight?" for the Center for Environmental and Applied Fluid Mechanics.

Chen Li, an an assistant professor of mechanical engineering at Johns Hopkins University, will host.
