Excel for Admins
Description
Juanita Mort, CAP, OM, MOSE, chair of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) board of directors, will present "Excel for Admins" to the IAAP Johns Hopkins Bayview Branch.
The program's focus will be on advanced formulas, creating dashboards, creating macros, data tables, simulations and solvers as well as integrating Excel with other tools. This program will concentrate on advanced techniques to increase your proficiency level.
Learner outcomes:
- Increased productivity using Excels advanced features, including advanced functions such as Array, VLookup, Concatenate, Conditional, Proper, Left, and Right
- An overview of how to create a dashboard
- Creating macros to automate a repetitive task so that you can do the task again with a single click
- Advanced Data tools: Data tables, Simulations, Solver, What if Analysis, Statistics and Modeling, Forecasting and Trend Analysis
- Integrating Excel with other tools: Consolidating multiple workbooks/sheets, retrieving/linking data from the internet, emailing directly from Excel
This session is approved for one recertification point.
