  • Anne Applebaum, senior fellow at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins
  • Robert Lieberman, Krieger-Eisenhower Professor and former Johns Hopkins University provost
  • Barbara Mikulski, Homewood Professor of Public Policy and former U.S. senator representing Maryland
