Politics of Hair

Description

Delegate Stephanie Smith, who represents District 45, Baltimore City, in the Maryland General Assembly, will give a talk entitled "Politics of Hair" for Knotty By Nature. Delegate Smith will discuss hair discrimination laws in the U.S. and how congressional representatives are sponsoring bills to end it.

Dinner will be served. In addition, bring a new or gently used hair product to be entered in a prize giveaway. All products will be donated to Sarah's House Catholic Charities.
