Description
Evergreen Museum & Library kicks off its 67th annual Music at Evergreen concert series with a special joint performance by violinist Benjamin Baker and pianist Daniel Lebhardt. Don't miss this rare opportunity to see these two virtuosos in concert together and join the artists for a post-concert reception.
Baker, a New Zealand native, trained at the Royal College of Music in London before launching his professional career. His extensive résumé includes turns as a soloist with London's Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Auckland Philharmonia, and the Maui Pops Orchestra. His album, The Last Rose of Summer, was released in 2015.
Lebhardt, a native of Hungary, started piano lessons at the age of six and later attended the Royal Academy of Music in London. He first garnered international attention when he won first prize at the 2014 Young Concert Artists Auditions in Paris. Since then, he has performed at the BBC Proms, the Louvre, and the Kennedy Center, among others.
