- 12-1:25 p.m. Panel with Julianne Smith, former deputy national security advisor in the Obama Administration and acting national security advisor to former Vice Presdient Joseph Biden, along with Honorable Ambassador Paula Dobriansky, former undersecretary of state for global affairs and senior fellow at Harvard University's JFK Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs
