HEMI Seminar: Daniel Gianola
Description
Dr. Daniel S. Gianola, a professor of Materials at the University of California, Santa Barbara, will give a talk entitled "Characterization of Defects and their Dynamics using Transmission Scanning Electron Microscopy" for the Hopkins Extreme Materials Institute.
Dr. Gianola completed his M.S. and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Johns Hopkins. He will also give a lecture for the Department of Mechanical Engineering on Nov. 14.
