Dr. James Carafano, the vice president of the Kathryn and Shelby Cullom Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy, and Dr. Steven David, a professor of International Relations and director of undergraduate studies for Political Science at Johns Hopkins, will discuss "Cybersecurity Threats and U.S. Readiness" for the Alexander Hamilton Society.
