Description
Support Her Election (SHE) and the Center for Social Concern are hosting a policy symposium with three separate panels featuring an inspiring array of panelists who are experts in each topic. The panels will cover climate change, immigration, and women in politics. Each panel will include time for questions from the audience and networking between each session.
Stay for the whole day or stop in for a moment. Everyone is welcome to attend this exciting event -- both Johns Hopkins affiliates and non-affiliated community members.
Representatives from Hopkins Votes will be present to register Johns Hopkins students using TurboVote.
The agenda for the day is as follows:
- 10 - 10:15 a.m. - Welcome/coffee
- 10:15 - 11:30 a.m. - Climate change panel
- 11:30 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. - Immigration panel
- 12:45 - 2 p.m. - Women in politics panel
- 2 - 2:15 p.m. - Closing remarks
