Description

In today's fast-paced, technology-driven world, it can be difficult to obtain sufficient sleep. Why should you care about getting good, quality sleep? Beyond the obvious reasons of feeling refreshed and productive, getting better sleep is one of the best things you can do for your mental and physical health.

Learn more about the impacts of sleep loss and tips for getting a good night's sleep by viewing the webinar Sleep Deprivation – Understanding and Improving Sleep Patterns from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct 24.

Dianne Frager, a registered nurse and wellness and fitness coach with Business Health Services, will explain the issues of sleep deprivation and help you implement a plan to get back on track. Participants will: • Assess current knowledge about sleep • Recognize the effects of sleep deprivation • Implement effective strategies for obtaining good quality sleep • Identify potential sleep disorder-related problems
