Diversity Leadership Council's 16th Annual Diversity and Inclusion Conference

Please join the Diversity Leadership Council in exploring the frontiers of diversity and inclusion at Johns Hopkins. Your presence will make a difference. Workshop topics generally focus on issues such as recruitment and retention, defining diversity, legal issues in higher education, conflict resolution, and more.

Attendees can choose their workshops the day of the conference. Please see the schedule and speakers in the 2019 Diversity and Inclusion Conference Program.

Plenary session speakers:

• Kevin W. Sowers, president of the Johns Hopkins Health System and executive vice president of Johns Hopkins Medicine
• Dr. Renata Arrington-Sanders (moderator), associate professor of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine

Luncheon session speaker:

• Maria Hinojosa, award-winning news correspondent and journalist

The luncheon is limited to the first 300 people who register, so please register as soon as possible. The online registration deadline is October 9. The day of the conference, the registration desk will open at 7:30 a.m. followed by the plenary session at 8:30 a.m.
