European Union Commissioner Pierre Moscovici highlights the achievements of the outgoing EU Commission and discusses unfinished businesses and new emerging challenges in this talk sponsored by the European and Eurasian Studies Program and the Foreign Policy Institute at Johns Hopkins SAIS.

The talk is hosted and moderated by Professor John Lipsky, a distinguished scholar at the Henry A. Kissinger Center for Global Affairs and senior fellow at the Foreign Policy Institute at Johns Hopkins SAIS.
