Hopkins Community Connection is recruiting for Spring 2020. Hopkins Community Connection is a volunteer organization that works in clinics serving the Baltimore community to bridge the gap in health care by addressing social determinants of health. Come to the information session on 9/24/19 to learn more about our program and the application process. Hopkins Community Connection is accepting applications until 11:59pm on 9/30/19.
