Hopkins Community Connection (formerly known as Health Leads) is a student-led volunteer organization that serves to bridge the gap in the health care system by addressing social determinants of health. We work in clinics to connect patients with resources such as housing, food, health, insurance, etc. Hopkins Community Connection is recruiting for new advocates to join in the spring. Come to our information session to learn more about what we do and how you can join. Our application closes September 30th.
