Dr. Brendan McQuade, an assistant professor of Criminology at the University of Southern Maine, will give a talk entitled "Pacifying the Homeland: Intelligence Fusion and Mass Supervision" as an Arrighi Center General Seminar.

Dr. Stuart Schrader, associate director of the Program in Racism, Immigration, and Citizenship at Johns Hopkins, will be the discussant.
