Info Session: Engineering and Health Care in Uganda, Intersession Abroad 2020
Description
Learn more about this exciting new opportunity for Hopkins Engineering students to gain an extended clinical immersion experience in a low resource healthcare setting. Students will work in teams with Ugandan engineering students to develop a list of health care needs in Uganda and will have the opportunity to observe medical procedures, diagnostic testing, patient management and treatment planning in both urban and rural settings in this graded 3 (E/Q) credit course, open to all undergraduate Engineering majors and years of study.
