Off-Campus Community Kickoff

Welcome to the neighborhood, Blue Jays. The Off-Campus Housing team is thrilled to host its second annual kickoff event for juniors and seniors to meet community members and neighbors, near and far, who are here to offer support, resources, and a friendly smile.

Back by popular demand are succulents for students to 'plant your roots' and DIY key chains to hold house keys. Local eats and treats from HomeSlyce Pizza Bar, THB Bagels & Deli, and Insomnia Cookies will be served along with cupcake decorating with Hopkins Dining.

Students will get a warm welcome from our local off-campus building managers: The Charles will be serving up Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard, the perfect summer treat. The Marylander will be kickin' it back with classic corn-hole. Nine East 33rd is bringing snack dreams to life with a Wonka-level popcorn bar. The Social North Charles wants student to 'get your head in the game' and shoot some hoops. The Academy on Charles will help us 'wine down for the day' with a mocktail Sip & Paint session. Guilford Manor Apartments is taking Animal Crossing to another level with their 'Flickin' Chicken' game.

To help students bloom off-campus, B.Willow is bringing their Plant Throne to keep your selfie game strong. The first 100 juniors and seniors to arrive will also get a free off-campus tee.
